Courtney is a Senior studying Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University. She admires the retail industry and is driven to become a buyer for a retailer one day. Courtney has worked immensely in retail throughout high school and college. Her first jobs included being a sales associate at both Victoria’s Secret PINK and Abercrombie Kids. Her internship experience includes being a Beauty Buying Intern for the TJX Companies Inc. and she is currently a Merchandising Co-Op for premium hard good brands for Pet Supplies Plus’s boutique launch. During the school year, Courtney displays her passion for retail through the Corporate Retail Association, her PINK Campus Sponsored Representative position, and her position as one of the Co-Marketing Directors for VIM Magazine. She loves getting CRA members excited about the industry and our organization!

Sarah is a Senior studying Advertising Management with a minor in Retail Management. She has worked in retail for four years and was a Marketing Intern for Eagle V Corporation during the Fall 2020 semester. She has always loved the retail industry and has been involved with CRA for the past two years. She is so excited for the direction CRA is going in and loves watching it grow. Her favorite part of CRA is the opportunity to interact with recruiters and different members of the MSU community. She looks forward to seeing what amazing things CRA can do next!

Simrit is a senior studying supply chain management with a minor in entrepreneurship & innovation. She is also the former secretary of CRA. Simrit has completed 5 internships during her time at MSU including a virtual internship with Ross Stores during the summer of 2020. She is now interning as a supply chain intern at Bridgewater Interiors. Simrit thanks CRA for giving her the tools to learn about corporate retail and for the chance to attend the NRF federation student conference in early 2020. This is where Simrit was able to form many connections with associates at many different companies including Macy’s, Pet Smart, Burlington, TJX, etc.

Madeleine is a Senior studying Marketing under the Broad College of Business. She has a strong passion for social media marketing with a focus in the retail industry. During her time at MSU, she has served as a Marketing Intern for a Capitol Advising firm, and currently serves as a Social Media Intern for a boutique advertising firm. She hopes to leverage her leadership skills that she has learned through CRA in her next steps in starting her career.

Marchella is a Senior studying Marketing at MSU, with plans to work for PetSmart post-graduation. She will be working in the Marketing and Customer Experience Management Department at their HQ location. She is passionate about retail because of her perspective of unlimited possibilities that retail offers; from the food you buy to the clothes you wear, and the impact that has only a consumers daily life.

Bec is a Senior studying Supply Chain Management with a minor in Economics. This past summer she interned remotely for the Home Shopping Network (HSN) in the Home Textiles Buying Department, and she extended this internship into the Fall semester, while also transitioning into the Home Innovations Buying Department. She has always had a passion for corporate retail, which is why she fell in love with CRA her Freshman year. She’s been incredibly passionate about CRA ever since; Sophomore year she undertook the position of Publicity Chair, and now as the Events/Fundraising Chair, she is excited to bring new initiatives and events to benefit new and current members.

Laine is a Sophomore studying Supply Chain Management. She is excited to be apart of the retail industry and loves everything about CRA! She can’t wait to see what opportunities the club will bring her in the future along with the connections it gives to amazing corporate companies. Laine looks forward to learning even more about the industry each week through CRA and is inspired by being around other women with such similar interests!
